lots of protien..but even more fate and cholestorol..its good, but dont eat it everyday..

Turkey Pepp is not all that bad...tastes pretty good and does less damage.

In moderation, it's good. I wouldn't gorge on it on a daily basis. Maybe eat some on a Wednesday, then again on the weekend with some cheese. And some wine, now that I think about a splendid food/beverage combo. LOL

Really not a healthy choice. Fut of bad fat and much much more salt. Try to avoid it. You can find in some meat markey of fresh market some ''healthy saucise'' to substitute

Deli meats in general are not "bad" but they aren't "good" either. They are typically more processed, and are high in sodium. There's nothing wrong with eating them in moderation, but don't go making a diet based around eating 50g of protein from pepperoni or something
