    Anyone ever try Animalbolics??

    Soo many different opinions on the web, different diets, ect. Just give it a try for 3-4 weeks if your curious, see how you shape out.

    For the last month I have been doing a CKD, lots of cardio and I have taken off about 26 lbs of fat so far.

    Something my doctor pointed out to me which makes sense is more cardio = more calories burned = more fat loss.

    If you deplete your dietary energy with cardio, and continue to work your body has no choice but to use fat. If it didnt, you would pass out.
