While were at it, the cellucor brand is 10x better then anyhting BSN has garunteed. The entire Cavliers college teams are on it. It works ridiculously well. If you double the ervings you can get high, lol its that powerful. The dont even advertise jsut word of mouth.

Ive gone through 2 - 6lb tubs of Cytogainer by Cytosport
Ive very happy with it - I gained 15 lbs this summer with minimal bf% increase. I was at prob 10 and Im prob at 13% right now..Im on a bulk so Ill cut when I get to 150-155.
If your also considdering taking a creatine sup. well Cytogainer has 3g of creatine per serving in it so you really wouldnt need to supplement creatine and spend the extra money if you just take cytogainer.
My thoughts.

Dude cytogainer is delicious.
I havent ever tried the vanilla but hardly any supplement tastes good in vanilla.
I suggest you always get a chocolate flavored supplement because chocolate is such a powerful taste that it can cover whatever tastes bad.
Ive tried chocolate malt and mint chocolate chip cytogainer and its delicious. I can add 2-3 scoops and only like 4 oz of milk to make it VERY thick and still drink it doesnt botehr me at all.
