hey been looking around here for a couple weeks, just thought id introduce myself. right now 5'8 around 163 i think. Ive only been lifting for a month probably. I just ordered my first supplement, ON whey so Ill start using that once it gets here. I dont think i look too bad for never really working out before i started a month ago, just mainly play sports year round (football and soccer)
Bench-225x3
Squat-335x3
Clean-245x3
Just to clarify a bit, I have worked out before, but just simple PE classes, never on my own time, and never 5 days a week like right now. Anyways critique me =). Sorry for the ****ty pictures, didnt have anyone to take the pictures so I had to do it myself.
edit-just looked at the pics and not too good because its pretty difficult to hold a camera and try to flex at the same time, abs looks ****ty in the first pic.

lol more around 5'9 i think, but are you just guessing from my uperbody or what.
ya those pics were when i started a month ago pretty much just to keep tabs on my progress. Ill be the first to admit that when those were taken I hadnt done anythign to work my chest and pretty much all I had ever done was work out on a pullup bar alot (probly why my arms are pretty decent). But now Id say my chest is substansially bigger, not to mention the akward way im trying to hold the camera/ combined with slouchin forward to make my abs look better didnt do too much for the camera. But trust me they are alot more porportionate with my body, it looks weird in those pictures lol, like mutation or something. I mean they are nowhere near where I want them to be, but their pretty good, deff looking better then the pics. Im going to try and get my mom to hold the camera sometime soon so I can actually get some good poses going.
Ill try to get some leg shots, which I think might be my best feature (soccer does that for you) but thanks for the compliments, and feedback so far.

You have an athletic physique, so take advantage of this time in your life and train hard. You'll be amazed at how much you can change in the next 2-3 years.
Here's an article I wrote that discusses some concepts on gaining muscle mass. You may have seen the article already (and you're probably already aware of what is necessary to gain muscle mass), but in case you haven't, it has some information that might help you:
