the arnold classic is a IFBB pro bodybuilding competition with the best of the best. Of course I wont be competing there im only 16 if you were being serious..

Im going to guess my bodyfat around 12-13% now and want to be 9-10% when done cutting, then bulking till I get 230 range.

Its just from a webcam, and my lights in my room are on as bright as they go its just the webcamera is ****ty. I have pics w/o a shirt but there older, when I get a digital camera soon im going to take better pics outside. but you can see my progress here.

yeah, but ill admit the last week I didnt do as good with my diet.. I cheated to much but I got it all back together.. Sometimes my quads look decent in the mirror and sometimes they dont.. but im getting better at flexing them outwards and making them appear bigger.

Where do you hide all the weight to be 5'6 200lbs though? Look around 170-180 or so based on your height.

thanks, NO i dont use synthol.. does it really look like I do I think my muscle looks pretty normal shaped IMO. Look it up if you want to know about it, you can buy it but im not posting where because thats against the rules and everything but it snot to hard to find anyway. Look up greg valentino and you can see what he looks like after using synthol. Im sure you could use little amounts and not have it as noitcable but I dont want or need to take it.
