As others have said, regular pb isn't really bad, and you can get the same fats from lots of oils, avacados, other nuts, etc. But before you do that, I suggest you try Skippy Natural or Smart Balance, both of which don't have to be stirred and taste pretty much like any other regular pb. I like Smuckers Natural Creamy and don't mind stirring it, but if you don't, you're definitely not obligated to eat it.

Clever non-nasty way of stirring Natty PB . . ..
Unless u r very careful, u'll have the separated oil at the top of the jar overflowing the rim & running down the side of the jar when u try 2 stir ur NPB, that's nasty.
Here's a way 2 avoid that. When u get it home, turn the jar upside down & let it sit a couple of days. The oil is lighter than the solid matter in the PB, so it will migrate upwards away from the lid & accumulate at the highest point of the inverted jar, which is now the bottom of the jar.
Turn the jar right side up, open it & stir it up with a long knife. The oil is all on the bottom now, so it can't escape & run down the side of the jar. Problem solved
Refrigerate the jar after stirring, it will stay blended as long as its kept cool, due 2 thickening of the oil at lower temperature.Best Regards,
Ed

you dont have to eat peanut butter if you dont like natty PB.. go for jiff or skippy or other brands.. its relaly up to you..
if you dont perfer peanut butter there are other fat sources such as many nuts / walnuts / almonds
you can also replace this with some healthy oil's! they always do the trick and are great with cooking or putting in shakes

I know you guys are going to say "It's not even that much!" BUT regular peanut butter has hydrogenated oil
This is a review for some of you (hydrogenated oil = trans fats)
even if the label says 0g trans fat, it can still contain up to .499g of trans fat
trans fat is EXTREMELY bad for you, in any dose. Do some research.
www.bantransfats.com
in closing: avoid trans fat like the plagueRealize that anyone with an affiliation to a supplement company in their signature has ulterior motives when making recommendations. They're primarily concerned with pushing their products. Not your safety or what's best for you.

I think you should do some research and post unbiased research, rather than "bantransfats.com"
It is quite far from .499g.
Actually, much closer to .0032g per serving.

That amount is trivial at best.

Yes, eating any amount of trans fat will make your ass explode out of your pants. Also, remember not to eat fruit (makes you fat) no carbs before bed (makes you fat) no cheat meals ever (makes you fat) and you must run 5 miles a day (to burn off all your peanut butter).
I'm sure that the tiny bit of Hydrogenated oil in peanut butter is not going to effect you.
