I'd have to say BSN NO-Xplode. The first day I took it I did my leg workout. Normally this day leaves me struggling to walk out of the gym and sore for a couple of days. All I felt the next day was a little stiffness. My recovery time in general has never been better, I have tons of energy during my workout, and all my lifts have gone up. When I first heard about this product a lot of people said that all NO does is give you a good pump, nothing else. I have found the opposite to be true. The pumps are great, but there are many other benefits from using NO-Xplode.

NO ya...
I prefer not toe waste money on this product, after using about 3 grams of straight L-Arginine(Now's) before workouts and seeing the same results that I did with the Pinnacle NOx2 I was taking.
I have however noticed better recovery in general from this product...and pinnacles185 lbs

The best No suplement is definitly NOxidant from Scivation.
This product is a bomb.
Why NOxidant is much better compare to others NO products on the market?
Because this product is not only a bomb but also prevent from free radicals damage.
The fact is, Nitric Oxide, when combined with various metabolic by-products, such as superoxide, form very nasty radicals called Reactive Nitrogen Species.
But NOxidant solved the problem.

No-Xplode
For me, the best out there is by far the no-xplode. My mental focus is so much more amped since i started using it! Ten minutes after taking it, i'm ready to lift right out of the gym! I've been using no-xplode for 2 weeks now and pumps are really tight. I'm actually starting to see the veins on my biceps start to stick out and i've increased my bench from 265 to 275lbs. Not trying to sound like an infomercial guy.... but it really works for me.

I started with MRI NO2 and then tried the following...
Universal NOX3
Pinnacle NOX
Pinnacle NOX nighttime
MT Pumptech
BSN NO explode (super caffiene rush within 20-30min)
...and went back to MRI NO2. It might be expensive $100.00 for 300 tabs,
but for me, it does the job. I use one bottle a month. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for.

presently combining any pill form AAKG supp. with NO-Explode and getting great results. I will be trying Superpump250 in the near future, but as of now it's NO-Explode.

I agree, super pump 250 is a miracle... The first time I took this product I was a bit nervous, after about 10 minutes or so I could feel it workin. I was pumped up and couldn't wait to get to the gym. When I got there I was pumped and ready (like never before) I received great pumps.
I did notice a couple small side effects. I was a little light headed after a set, slight headaches later that night.... Anyone else notice this????
Other than that, the results outweigh the side effects.

I posted this last week ...
" I never tried V12 … I tried 2 bottles/tubs of each No2, Pumptech, No-xplode and a No2 knockoff called something like Valsco. In all of them I didn’t notice anything until I stopped taking it. My forearms didn’t feel as tight … but that was about that. Right now I’m on my 3rd week of Superpump250 (good price here with s/h at bb.com). I feel it gives me more energy. From my workout log I have made larger strength gains (weight and reps) on it. For me I have bettered my last workouts in that body part/exercise with almost every exercise. In the past few years I always have tried to better my last workout in whatever that exercise is. Usually I might just get one or two more reps or feel like I made gains increasing the weight on the bar. But with SP250 I have made strength gains right from the first workout. For example, my first workout on SP250 was Lats. And I was doing V-handle weighted pull-ups. Last 2 workouts before I saw I was stuck on 5-6 reps with 70lbs on the weight belt and I weigh 215lbs … wrote down 5.5 reps in log meaning … there was six reps done but only 5 were done in good form, the last one was done with some body English. During my workouts I always look back at what I have done before so I know if I need to up the weight or what rep do I need to beat. Looking back I saw I made slow gains maybe bettering myself by no more than 1 or 2 reps per time but this workout I went from 5.5 reps to 13.5 reps. I was in week 6 of a Max-OT phase (which the 13.5 blows away my 4-6 rep range). I’m 38 and have never had a boost like that in any exercise in my life. For the last 3 weeks I have made large gains in strength and have felt plump in the arms and legs and my lats really “wing-out” … It’s been cool … because I see the gains in my workout log. If the gains stop then maybe I’ll try the V12 … I didn’t know a lot of people on the board liked V12 or I would have most likely tried it instead of the SP250. Right now I'm just going to ride to wave. "
Now I 'm in the 4th week and I'm still happy with SP250. I just wish I would have started using it for this whole 8 week phase. Right now I only have another week of this workout phase and as per Max-OT,I'll be off for a week then ... Slug mode. But always when I go back, I'm always a lot stronger after that week off.
