Ok, first off, i'm 22 years old, 6 foot, 195lbs right now. Like I posted awhile back, I'm heading down to lake havasu for spring break and like most of us, would like to cut down and show more definition before I leave on March 15th. I'd really like if Abdominator critiqued me as well. So my goal is to cut down as much as I can before I leave. I'm also throwing in two leg shots but don't be hard on me because I've neglected them ever since I quit college football. So I just started working them again(about 3 weeks). I also know I need to work on my traps, I've been hitting them super hard the past few weeks with barbell shrugs, behind the back shrugs, dumbell shrugs, etc. They are just stubborn. I've also just started doing cardio, but I think I really need to up my cardio alot if I want to look more cut. As for my diet, Its pretty clean except for the weekends sometimes(im in college, so i drink heavily on the weekends). So please give me some feedback guys to help my progress, thanks.
Oh, and in the close up pec shot, my pecs aren't usually uneven, I think I just flexed one harder than the other. Haha. Sorry.

Hey woofman81!
Your physique is in excellent Spring Break condition. So don't worry. If you're going to cut some more, you'll look fantastic.
Take some pictures when you get there and let us know how you finally turn out!
Just as an aside, read this article I wrote on contest preparation. In the middle to the end of the article I talk about how I cut down for competitions. PM me if you want me to go into more detail, and I'll be happy to respond:

Overall your muscle density is very good. Just make sure you wear sunscreen so you don't damage your skin, and be safe. I'd tell you to stay away from the alcohol because it supresses protein synthesis, but I have a feeling that warning won't do you any good right now anyway.
Have fun, ok?!
Oh, and in response to SDMuscleBuddy regarding spending spring break without a shirt... "been there, done that, and it was fun!"

Hey guys, thank you to everyone who replied, the comments are appreciated. It lets you know that all the hard work your doing in the gym is really worth it and paying off. I'll be in Arizona for spring break from March 15th to the 27th.
Thanks Skip for replying. I'm going to read your article because I'd like to drop some bodyfat before I leave.IFPA Natural Pro bodybuilder

You'll only start to lose muscle mass if:
1. the cardio is too intense and is more anaerobic in nature. (Your cardio sessions should be moderate, where you keep your heart rate around 50-80% of it's max for 15 minutes or longer). Maintaining a moderate pace for 35-45 minutes is ideal for efficiently burning bodyfat.
2. you're entering a catabolic state due to lack of sufficient carbohydrates to prevent prolonged ketosis. Ideally, you want to stay just shy of ketosis so that you don't cannabalize muscle tissue. Ketosis is a condition where your body produces ketones as a result of the breakdown of proteins. The protein is primarily coming from either food or your muscles.

Abdominator, thanks for the low down on after workout cardio. I used to do my cardio directly after a workout and saw great fat loss results. I listened to too many people and stopped doing it after the workout. people sayng it was hindering my gains. So I seperated it from the day and tried to do it before work but that didn't work because I'm not a morning person. I've now learned everyone is different and to do what works for you and you alone!
Back to cardio post workout!
