as you are apparently a rep them, please enlighten me on why they changed the formula? Tell me how it is better or worse please. I'm not saying whether the change is bad or good that it effects the product that much or that it makes it a worse product. I'm just very curious and confused about this. Thanks.

its better now for people who are sensitive to magnesium. we changed the ratio of mcc and dcm so that there would be less magnesium and thus less gastric upset.

I was wondering what the big difference is between cell mass and green mag other than the price. I like the fact that i don't look bloated from cell mass. Will Green mag make me bloated? And when I'm done with cell mass, should i wait a couple of weeks before starting up with something new? thanks in advance.

yes, it is safe.. and one of the few preworkout supps i would reccommend to a 17 year old. I've yet to try it, but judging by what people say and the claims that have been made by the company (that have been supported) I'd say that it will do it's job

i think pure creatine mono is the safest form of creatine to take... product like Green MAG or Cell Mass can prove 2 harsh for the stomach n can cause some serious Side effects ??? please suggest or correct me if i m wrong ??

green mag and cell mass are both easy on the stomach with no harsh side effects. both are great creatines. for water weight though id suggest SizeOn. i gained a lot of water weight on that

Any ideas on why creatine only comes in fruit flavors and not vanilla, chocolate, etc? I doubt it's because of the chemical make up of the product, the flavors are all artificial anyway, so why only fruit punch, grape, orange, etc?

check out maximuscle stuff im not recommending it btw, its expensive and not that highly rated, but it comes in chocolate etc

Cellmass seems to have worked a lot quicker than other creatines I have taken in the past.It only took about two weeks to see differrence( training m,t,t,f,s).it also produced harder muscle.

That's not bad at all considering i take 2 scoops (sometimes 3) of my current workout supp which costs more than $40 and i can go through a 2 lb tub of it in 2-3 weeks. Green mag should last at least 2 months if im not mistaken.. or does me weighing 200 lbs make it so that i have to increase dosage?

I bought 6 star fruit punch in the powder form 2 days ago and it taste great. Its also supposed to be made by the same company as Cell Tech and its got lot of sugar I know this is off topic but im 18 6' tall and 157 pounds and im just trying to put what size I can and I have an extremelly high matabilism ( sorry for the grammer) so I was wondering what should I do im already taking true mass by bsn and that 6 star.

If I take creatine for a while, say 6 weeks, and then stop, would my muscle growth fade a bit? I am told it acts like a balloon with muscles.
