I started out many many.... "Sound so old" Using Creatine Mono, then CEE which I found effective. Then BSN CELL MASS, followed by the original Gaspari Size On! I loved that stuff but in my 20's I found I was getting my best lifts off MuscleTech CellTech and over the years the formula has got even better and so have my results and it is my favorite Creatine product now. Testing Creactor and CellTech Hyper-Build so in a few years will give my long term opinion on those then

BSN Creatine DNA (very flour-y, super fine mesh powder) is the best bar none for me. It's a very high quality and gets the job done! It's regular creatine monohydrate (micronized) at 5 grams. All you really need, slightly more expensive but may be worth the cost to avoid the chalkiness associated with CM, mixes superb with protein, pre workout, gatorade... cottage cheese etc.

update on BPI creatine, taste is decent, quite sweet so i put a bit more water around 12oz for 5grams plus i put some Magnesium chloride flakes that are salty so its balanced taste in the end. overall good product

Most research says you can take creatine any time of day to receive all of the benefits, however some research also claims it is optimal to take half your serving before workouts (30 min) and the other half of your serving right after workouts.

Creatine AMP 189* HCL by GNC is my Favorite. I can Really tell the difference from this creatine Vs others, this creatine really helps pack on lean mucle with minium water retension.

I think I must have tried them all over the years but a really good one a came accross which mixed instantly and tasted fantastic was one by dna lean called cre8n-mx.

7 grams of creatine per serving from a blend and has a few other bits n pieces in like betaine etc.

I am a big fan of creatine loading although last few times has all that creatine has hurt my stomach.

Creatine is creatine, really. If mono works for you and you don't have any digestion issues, great. If you do and don't care for H-Cl, Kaged Muscle CreaClear is a route you could go. It was formulated to be a mono for people who have had issues gut-wise with it in the past. I've been using it for the last 3 months w/o issue.

Don't take creatine anymore but in the past I have used Muscletech/CellTech, and that stuff is horrible. Was a waste of money for a bunch of carbs/sugar when I was a freshman in high school. Basically 60$ koolaid.

To keep it simple. Just get some regular mono, and mix it with microized mono. Bout 2g grams each should be enough
