you cant define which is "the best" there are so many variables, if it doesnt work is it because the product is crap or is it your diet or maybe your training regiment which is crap. unless your diet and training are up to par dont waste your time trying figure out which creatine is best because your not gonna see any results anyway.
in the end you just have to experiment with the different formulas out there and figure out which one works best for YOU.

Ive been on storm then went to GM for a few months .. now back on storm and will probably go back to green magnitude in a couple months. 2 best for me. Storm is best bang for buck but GM isnt far off. Right around the same.
I dont think I gave sizeon an honest shot at it but the 1 month I was on it I dont think I like it that much. I dont think I was on point when I took it though but I still wont buy it again.Last edited by ice4me; 05-07-2008 at 12:50 PM.

Virtago worked well for me. But i've recently switched to universal torrent which has monohydrate like the vitargo but also has a creatine chelate magnesium compound as well as an ethyl ester. Looks great on paper and feels great post work out! Still too early to tell but Universal is a great supplement company so I have no doubts I will like it.

you should stop taking glutamine because it doesnt really benefit the athlete at all
no need to wait, but you wont get the same type of results as you did the first time you started taking creatine. also, make sure to get in at leas a gallon of water per day
glad to hear it, which flavor are you going with?Specials & insider info

Correct my understanding if I'm wrong:
-stuff like AST Micronized Creatine (Monohydrate) is a 1st generation creatine supp
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/as...ocreatine.html
-and have been superceded by state of the art creatine supps with other included supps eg. Cellmass, GreenMag, Sizeon etc..
Right?
Or will a basic micronized Creatine Monohydrate supp still do the job?
(not fussed about any specialized pre or post-workout drinks)

BSN Cellmass best tasting & More importantly designed to take AFTER workouts not before!
Ready to go Creatines with no loading phase , most take before workouts leave you bloated running to the toilet often during workout.
Worse, those like Gaspari Size On are designed to be taken DURING your workout - lovely nice big powdery nasty tasting drink with at least a litre (yes 1 litre!) of water.
