Read the label...im not a Muscletch rep. What ever its supposed to do didnt happen because nothing happened besides a tiny-bit better recovery, and i think they were going for size and strength like most other companies. And if i wanted recovery, Id go with cellmass, something that i know works.

I think he's refering to losing the water weight you gain from sizeON. I think sizeON is probably the best overall creatine product as you get a mixture of a very good creatine combined with a fast acting carb and glycerol monostearate. You should be able to keep any size you get with sizeON, its not going to be anything dramatic. I do notice that the glycerol monostereate helps to improve my strength. Anyone else notice this?

Animal Pump.
Gained about 7lb of muscle, gained 40+lb on bench (after my 2nd bottle/cycle) and overall a great product. The only downside that I experienced was the loss of some strength after I ran out, but it came back in a few weeks."Leave your ego at the door"

Didnt mean to come off brash. But the way you phrased it sounded like you were talking about AAS. For one you certainly dont need to cycle creatine, secondly you would never lose any gains aided by a creatine product any more so than you would if you werent using it.... its just creatine, probably makes 5% difference at a guess.

My Higher Power CE3 Creatine Ethyl Ester makes me feel a little bit drunk / light headed after taking only 3 pills ( bottle suggests 4 ) and with plenty of water .
Has anyone ever experienced this with Creatine ? This product gives me zero kick and zero energy boost .CRUSH ALL OBSTACLES

I don't get why so many people are all about SizeON, I just finished my first tub of it a couple nights ago and I didn't really see anything special about it. I lift hard and heavy, take my protein and weight gainer, and see the same results(good) whether I use the sizeON or not. I'm going to order some Anavol Hardcore and see how that works.

I've started using Dymatize Nutrition Micronized Creatine 1.1 kilo for $21.99.
No stomach upset, mixes well, no "GRITTY" taste at all, and mixed with some Gatorade powder (lemon-lime) it's like it is not even there.
As for gains:
Been on it for 2 weeks 5grams per serving once a day with no loading dose.
Bench up 15 pounds, squat 20 lbs, and cleans 15pounds. Less fatigue and quicker recovery.
I use Shock Therapy as well for an extra energy boost, but that's another topic.
