    Progress pictures from day 47 of my 1AD/Tren-X/One+/3-Alpha cycle!

    These are my first pics to ever post. I have been working out for 6 months and I'm in week 6 of my cycle listed in the subject. I'm bulking so please don't talk about definition, that will come when I cut.

    Okay, I have a couple suggestions that don't really have to do with training, but might help anyway. The next time you take a pic do it so we can actually see your body--not just your arms. Second suggestion: don't dye your hair blonde and cut it short.

    Those supplements must have really helped your curls cause your arms are really big. Do you think they are proportional to the rest of your body?

    My regmin is 5 days one week 4 days the next week and so on and so on. Little higher volume right now at the end of my cycle to really solidfy and recruit as much mfiber as I can with each excercise.

    One+ and tren are basically the same thing, except tren has 1,4andro...

    and 1AD is crap compared to ONE+...

    so basically your just doubling the effective dosage of 1-test...

    I dont understand why you didn't just go with more tren... it would have been cheaper...

    anyways, good job for 6 months... research ur **** better next time

    Not sure what to say to the "history" question. I'm in sales, I have been active off and on since childhood. I used to lift a lot in High School and then all but quit for 10 years and started again in January of this year. I had made a pledge to myself to be in the best shape of my life by age 30. Im certainly on the way. I have 4 more months to go unitl that dreaded 30th bday. I guess I have been blessed with some good genetics and that my progress thus far has been very good and thanks to the genes, noticable!

    maybe you need to research your ****. tren has a lot less 4-ad than ONE+. And 1-ad is def not crap, also some people like to EASE into cycles instead of just hitting it hard from the start. Tren-x also has a different transport system than par's product.

    quit trashing someone, until YOU know what the hell YOU'RE talking about. Also anyone with the slightest bit of intelligence would realize he wasn't doing all of them at the same time.

    Just a quick not that my tattoo artists name is Ryan and he currently works out of a shop call Oregon Tattoo in Salem, OR. The guy is incredible as most of the work you see is freehand art not tracing work at all. He will be the only artist that I ever have again (unless he reccomends another to me from time to time) and will travel across the world for his work (he's that good). If you ever need some work he's the guy.

    BTW the tattoo in the pics is no completely done with color and all!
