Well guys, the before picture was taken 2 years ago and the after 5 days ago.... i started working out 1 year ago now 4 times a week and a strict diet to bulk up.... ( not gonna stop until hitting the 195 )
I'm currently 23 , 5'10" 183 on the scale ( 158 when i started )
Open to hear any kind of comments and suggestions.

mischiev: The thing about the before picture is that i didn't have a scanner so i took a pic with my digital camera from another picture...

Echo Side: Lets see... 3 Shakes a day... Chicken... Eggs.... some more coming from different sources i might say somewhere around 1.5 g x pound...

I do a full workout of legs 1s a week a calves 1 more time. i can say i got pretty good legs but they are growing slowly...
