    Before/after

    Well guys, the before picture was taken 2 years ago and the after 5 days ago.... i started working out 1 year ago now 4 times a week and a strict diet to bulk up.... ( not gonna stop until hitting the 195 )

    I'm currently 23 , 5'10" 183 on the scale ( 158 when i started )

    Open to hear any kind of comments and suggestions.

    25 lbs in a year - hard to argue with that. Keep going! It's hard to tell from your pict, but possibly your legs are lagging the rest of your bod?

    It's going to be tougher to put another 25 lbs on this year! Make it happen!

    great job, im striding for 180lbs as well.. currently 160lbs.

    It's easy to tell you have spent some time in the weight room. As far as a suggestion goes, I agree with Flex_Art. It's hard to tell in that pic but it looks like your legs need to catch up with your upper body. Outstanding job.

    mischiev: The thing about the before picture is that i didn't have a scanner so i took a pic with my digital camera from another picture...

    xcom: Eat , Eat, Eat...

    Echo Side: Lets see... 3 Shakes a day... Chicken... Eggs.... some more coming from different sources i might say somewhere around 1.5 g x pound...

    KingWill and Flex:
    I do a full workout of legs 1s a week a calves 1 more time. i can say i got pretty good legs but they are growing slowly...
