I guess you mean Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids. Well, they're found in fatty fish like sardines and salmon, and they are pretty much the bomb-diggity as far as fats go. They are anti-carcinogenic, good for your heart, reduce cholesterol, and reduce body fat. Studies suggest that supplementing with 4-6 grams per day actually causes a decrease in the number of adipose tissue cells.
Fish oil is something that everyone should take...not just bodybuilders.No supplement can make up for the lack of a strong work ethic.

Omega 3's
I have been taking about 6 six aday...I have gotten mine through advocare....I think these are pretty good because your not burping up fish guts all day...I think they put a lemon flavoring with them...The first thing I noticed is that they have helped clear up my skin...and seems that I have better focus while working out
