IMHO, no they are not healthy but no they will not make you fat. people eat sugar free things because they want to have their cake and eat it too, not because they are good for their bodies.
I personally never touch sugar free stuff. I eat the full cal 100% real sugar whenever i NEED to have something like this. Keep in mind this is only once in a while and it is also known as a "cheat"

x2 yea i wouldnt consider them a "healthy" food per se, because they definitley do not provide any health benefits to our body haha....If your are looking for something healthy, go with the real thing (i.e. real maple syrup with no additives rather than this sugar free stuff).
They are considered "healthy" from a dieting perspective because of the lack of calories they contain. Many people on restricted cal. diets use them because they are a low calorie alternative. They wont make or break your diet but they arent healthy in the sense that they provide any benefit to you..they are just a low cal alternative.

Oddball has a point though. It is easiest to see in others what you may have experienced/be experiencing yourself. This is very likely an ectomorph with an eating disorder who is obsessing on something quite as insignificant as a bbq sauce choice. A type of bbq sauce which is normally chosen because of it's lack of calories, which is something the OP obviously doesn't need to worry about if his stats are correct.

And maybe I should also keep my mouth shut since I'm skinner than Oddball although not ED, but the OP posted in another thread that he intentionally cut down to 127 at 6'1". When you're that light and still losing weight on purpose, there are some body image problems at play here. I don't think you need too much personal experience to gather that much.

Walden farms is for psychopaths.
When you get to a certain point of eating way too little, anything and everything tastes good.
A person using fake BBQ sauce may not even like the taste, but the combination of their need for control(being able to use 0 calories, but still get the "flavor"), and their endless hunger, comes a like for these products.
(With some people, that is)
