    what to do

    got bored of current workout routine. should i do a bro split or full body / suggestions for me and my body type?

    Routines aren't chosen based on "body type". You might alter your diet depending on relative need to gain muscle vs. lose fat but that's it.

    Routines need to change over time by gradually increasing the amount of volume you do. So pick something that has slightly more than you did before.

    How the work is 'split' through the week is really not important in my opinion - matter of preference.
