I find it hard to get protein throughout the day and it'd be an easy 128 grams of protein to just down a gallon of milk everyday. Or is there a better/healthier alternative? Im trying to lose weight/get stronger by the way.

yea, seriously, you will spend less on 4-5 shakes, than a gallon of milk per day...that said, shakes will give you more than just protein too. So keep that in mind. But, if you can afford it, and stomach it, nothing wrong with a gallon of milk a day.

Try giving this a shot. It's what I use..and I find that it helped me put on some weight...great taste. But, I would split the suggested serving in half. That way you save $$ and whey .

Ive been drinking at least a gallon of non fat milk a day for a very long time and just recently found that homoginized milk may increase ur Cholesteral level.................. had my medical tests for the fire department and found that my hdl levels (good cholesteral) was low and my ldl (bad cholesteral was high) idk if there was a connection but i have cut down extremely on my milk consumption ............ so i wouldnt recommend it, but if you do be sure to take some omega-3 fish oil supplements, it raises your hdl levels, with lowers your bad cholesteral

*Looks @ Ck's join date and realises that he has been here 5 days max*
I try and drink 2 litres a day, but I have Whey, and Protein from Meat etc too, Chicken, Canned Tuna, Beef, Eggs are all good sources of Protein, and easy to get. If you are out during the day then I find Canned Tuna the best food to take with me, and there are a few things you can do with it to make it more interestingcheeky kunts
