    Updated

    The pain in my right leg is still present. However, it is not the muscle as I anticipated. It seems to be actually the knee cap, but just a bit superior to it. The pain isn't getting better or worse. So I am not sure if I will be training legs this week

    And I my lower back on the left side is really sore. I am thinking I just slept wrong.

    I honestly have no idea. But it was during leg day. My first few theories was lack of water intake and the gym was so freakin' cold that my leg started cramping up.

    Sorry to hear about the knee man. Have you tried icing it yet. I have a really bad knee from a soccer injury back in the day. I just fill a gallon ziplock bag with ice, and then wrap it to my leg with some saran wrap and tape it. After about 45minutes, I take it off. When its really sore, I do this like 2 to 3 times a day and it helps a ton.

    I've been having problems with my left Rectus Femoris right at the insertion point above the Patella (for a number of months already). I have no idea where it came from but it's not going away any time soon, so my actual knees have become a bit of a secondary issue lately. I really don't have any solution for you because if I did I would have applied them to myself.
