Was just wondering if anyone else is a fan of putting hot sauce on their otherwise bland food?
Personal favorites? Any advice for or against the stuff?
Personally for me, I am really liking Cholula. Not too much heat, and has that sour taste. Awesome.

Scorned woman . . .
This is my personal favorite:
In addition 2 the normal red, habanero & jalapeno peppers, its also got a lot of black pepper. That gives it a somewhat different personality . . . not 2 b trifled with!
I remember one time I gave my dad a bottle of Scorned Woman & he used it in his normal jambalaya recipe & measured it out like normal hot sauce . . BIG MISTAKE.
My whole family loves hot food, but he ended up making the batch of jambalaya 4 times larger to dilute the hot taste enough so we could eat it & even then it was borderline too-hot, even 2 ppl used 2 hot food.Best Regards,
Ed
To the optimist, the glass is half full . . .
To the pessimist, the glass is half empty . . .
To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Real men are not available. They are climbing mountains. They are swimming across rivers. What are YOU doing? Browsing a goddamn forum?!?!?!?!!

"When we're in the gym, we're in this indescribable euphoria zone. It's a feeling of being on, of being completely alive and aware. If you haven't been there, then it's like trying to describe color to a person who's been blind since birth. Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."
