    Started new multi...SICK!!! HELP!!

What's the deal? I was taking a One-A-Day (stop laughing) I took them until they ran out and went to GNC and picked up a bottle of GNC Mega Man Sport multis. Directions say take two with food. So this morning I got up, popped in two, ate some oats and eggs, drank some water, did some stuff and then did my fullbody workout, right after I came in from that I downed creatine and a shake. Showered, dressed, headed to work(a 30 minute commute). About half way to work I started to feel real weird and get sick to my stomache. I had a water bottle with me and I kept sipping on it the rest of the way to work. By the time I reached the office at 8:00am I thought I was going to pass out or somthing. Color was drained from my face, felt light headed, didn't start to feel normal until 9:30. Can anyone please clue me in? Advice? Here's the bottle info.

Well, there's always the chance that you have some sort of allergy to one of the ingredients. Truthfully....it's a pretty solid multi and it was probably a freak thing that you got weird feeling after using it the first time.

The easiest way to really know is to take it again and see what happens. I obviously wouldnt do it when ya had to drive anywhere. It's up to you.

Something occured to me as I was reading your post. Should I take two all at once or once in the morning one in the evening? It says to take two daily not two at the same time. Might try that.
    Supps:

    Multi-Vit
    Creatine

i say spread em out. that way you know even more surely that you are not overloading on anything at once, and you get the benefits spread out as well.
