I'm curious because I'd like to see how my record (4500) compares to other people here.

i was fasting for church, and the pastor's wife was cooking like lasagna, steaks, and fried chicken while we were fasting and playing ddr all day long (yes i know, so very asian). an hour before the fast was over, i had to drive to the local white castle and pick up 4 crave cases. that day i ate 2 steaks, 3 large helpings of lasagna, 3 pieces of fried chicken, and like...... 10 jalapeno cheese sliders. i don't even wanna calculate the total calories on that. but thats the most i've ever consumed by far
Rep Back 1k+ ....just sayin
"When we're in the gym, we're in this indescribable euphoria zone. It's a feeling of being on, of being completely alive and aware. If you haven't been there, then it's like trying to describe color to a person who's been blind since birth. Within this haze of pleasure and pain, there's knowledge and power, self-discipline and self-reliance."

I'm sure I've done in the 8K-10K range.
hrrmmm routinely in college im sure i downed a lot ... beer wings and pizza anybody? followed by about 6-7 dollars worth of taco bell later that night... this was every week :P I would usually eat an xl papa johns by myself. I'm sure sometimes it was 3-4K in just beer alone. I mean a 12 pack of dark beer is over 2000 cals, this could easily be 20-30 beers twice a week.
as a teenager I would regularly eat a large bag of chips and a 2 liter of soda or 1/2 gallon of OJ almost everyday... that was just snacks and something to sip on.
I was also playing baseball/football in those days though, so... I could go through those cals.Last edited by grapemaster; 08-01-2007 at 08:08 AM.

never kept track, but probably on a cruise or something..
breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, dinner buffet, chocolate buffet sometimes...although all i'd eat was choco covered strawberries, then a lot of nights at like 3 am when i got back i'd order choco chip cookies+milk from room service(free)
i guess that counts more like 24 hours, but still. never counted cals back then though...and wasn't fat or out of shape or anything...funny how that works

A few weeks ago I went out and got hammered on Friday night, then I woke up on Saturday and...
Scrambled 6 eggs with homefries and chicken sausage.
Ate some peanut butter on brown rice cakes.
Went to a cookout/party at 4 PM and ate...
3 hot dogs, 2 italian sausages, 2 cheeseburgers, a bunch of pepperoni slices and cheese, and drank probably 20 beers (I left at 2:30 AM)...
Then ordered pizza with two of my buddies and ate 2 large slices of pepper and onion, and 3 small slices of sausage.
Then I passed out.
Not sure what the total numbers are, but had to be 6-8,000 calories.

I was reading either a Mens Health or Mens Fitness and Michael Phelps, (the Olympic swimmer) eats anywhere between 8-10k on a daily basis. I was shocked when I read that. The article said his coach tells him to aim for 10k but most of the time he only gets around 8k...still impressive for the shape he's in...
