it's already almost 11 pm and I've only had 960 calories today, I was busy earlier and didn't get to eat "lunch" until around 6 and I did 25 min of cardio & afterwards had some tuna...tuna stuffs me for hours, but it's now 11 and I can't see how I'm going to get 1040 more calories in! it's so late & I'm really not that hungry :/

That happened to me one time, but I was almost 2000 cals under. Yeah. I don't think I got there because I didn't count and didn't want to be uncomfortably full, but I made French toast with pb and had my cc and pb like an hour later before going to sleep. Just make sure you get in enough protein and don't let it happen again. No sense stressing about it now.

my metabolism aint ****. It sux in fact - and i dont eat mcdonalds but i do eat alot of good stuff and train hard. I hit my macro's and how i go about it makes no difference. Not to say i only eat crap, but i do squeeze ice cream, apple pies and other treats into my days w/ no problems at all
