im not sure but from what ive been reading it has something to do with b12 vitamin? and its a good thing that my urine is neon yellow which means its good right? lol..

Excess vitamins which your body doesn't need are pissed out. It happens to me aswell, despite drinking alot of water a day!!

Yeah the whole clear urine thing is old news. If you get your nutrients and still drink a lot of water it should still be yellow. With the multi that is normal OP.

i take the same multi, i noticed this coloration as well, especially when i started. Just keep water intake high as always, i dont think its a bad sign

After Any set of vitamins I take, my piss is always neon and rather strong smelling. Its normal.
