RESEARCH MORE YOU KNOW NOTHING, u dont need milk thistle for 1-ad


you need 4-ad to combat lethargy


you also need a good pct

and 4 weks is a standard beginer cycle...

First of all, you need to do a helluv of lot of researching.. You only need to use milk thistle with methylated compounds which 1ad isnt.. Secondly, there are many threads on this board discussing the dosages for 1ad so please do some searching no one is going to spoonfeed you.. Third if you are worried about sides then you shoudlnt even be thinking of considering using 1ad. For one you aren't even stacking it with 4ad so you lethargy will be outtawack.. You didn't even mention pct so you really have to do some more researching.. Johnny2swole started a thread for newbies with 1ad/4ad/6oxo cycles, please search for it..But do yourself a favor do some searching before you jump into something you have no idea about..

4 ad doesnt help me to gain mass unless i get the patch which i dont know where to get that. the pills dont work effectively it has been proven. so there is not point of taking it accept countering the side effects.

where are u geting your research from, 4-ad works great oraly as well as transdermaly...would u like me to use smaller words so you can understand better?

you should take milk thirstle with any of these product cause they all go through you liver that filters your blood. so it is under extra strain. i dont can what the company says even if its non toxoc. Why you think you get tired from taking these stuff cause it straining the liver. tireness has alot to do with the liver its med. proven

There is nothing worng with taking it in pill form..Run dosages between 900-1200mgs..

haha the BIG CAt website. after i read that all i can conclude that he is a nut job and maybe crazzed. the recomended is three pills and he takes 9 and gained over 60lbs yeah okay...

milk thistle is not needed it is not a methalated compound..also if u dont want our advise dont ask, also the "websites" that are selling the products tend to be biased. I DONT OWN THE COMPANY there for i dont care weather u buy it or not, but im still giving you the right facts and the truth, as well as under armour.

depends on what brand moron, ther are pills made from sci-fit that are 300mg a pill, so really u must make doses from mg's

How long have you been researching this....5 minutes? Transdermals are recommended for all prohormones except m1t, 1,4ad and 1ad as they enter directly into the blood stream and have a conversion rate 2-3 times higher compared to orally.

There isnt as far as I know a product called 'transderm' there are pre made transdermal carriers with 4ad such as 4ad+ and 4derm. Most people however just buy the bulk powder and a plain transdermal carrier and mix their own at half the price.

You say you dont know where to get it, Just google for it. Its not rocket science.
