Chest before legs or the other way around?

    Hello all,

I do A/B, the A is chest/legs/biceps. I was wondering: Is it better to work the chest and then the legs, or the the other way around? I find approaching the chest first to be better because I'm fresh and less exhausted, however I also read that working out the bigger muscle groups is better for the smaller muscle groups that are being worked on afterwards.

By the way, this is my first post, but I've been reading the forum for a very long time now, finding it a wonderful resource for information.

    Thanks in advance.

mix it up man. keep it changing.

however, when you work your legs (glutes) & lower back, you release testoserone...so it may be advantageous to hit them first on a really high-intense chest day.
