I work at bulk barn, i get discount on top! They're mainly in Ontario, some maritime stores.

They only sell Swiss herbal supplements where i live. They don't sell bulk whey, or creatine.
The dextrose should in the an aisle close to all the other sugars and stuff, and it is listed under corn sugar.

Is the glutamine any good? do they sell it in bottles or is just loose?

We have creatine and whey (not in bulk though). The whey's a bit expensive. Creatine is made by swiss, you may have to ask for it, I know we have ours under the counters cuz it gets punked off quite a bit.

You won't shrink. You'll probably get a bit of bloat while on it, but nothing serious. First time I used creatine got a solid 10 lbs, didn't notice alot of strength gains (other than normal) but weight went up surprisingly alot. I love the stuff, usually go 6 weeks on 2 weeks off (sometimes 3).

I went to bulk barn the other day and bought the small 120g swiss herbal pure creatine to try it out. I have never taken any supplements before and was wondering if the swiss kind is any good or should I be usuing something better? Also how do you guys take your creatine? I put mine in water and it always ends up at the bottom and i have to keeo mixing it.
