CUTTING DIET(please advise)
Hey I am going to start cutting and was wondering if this diet will work can u please crtique
meal 1
3 eggs
1 peice of whole grain toast
meal 2
3 small chicken breast peices
some fruit or veggie
meal 3
3 eggs
meal 4
same as meal 2 + half potato
workout
pwo shake
meal 5
brown rice +chicken
meal 6
i nectarine
bowl of blueberries
glass of milk
prebed
casein shake
4-5 litres water daily
1.5-2 litres milk daily
