Reminds me of a story in one of my favorite books..The Great Divorce by C.S.Lewis..you should give it a read, it’s a short book, but will have a great impact on you. Highly recommend.

The mind is a powerful tool and I read somewhere that the brain can remain active for up to 6 minutes after the heart stops. If that is correct, it would explain a lot of these thoughts people explain when they are brought back from death.

Same lol. Somehow everytime I’m at the dentist and get the novocaine shot, it seems to only take away maybe 70% of the pain, but still end up with a 100% of the drool down my face & shirt…& the dentist still insists on talking to me the whole time he has his entire hand in my mouth.

there's a story and a book written about someone who got in to a car wreck and had been dead several minutes, maybe 20-30+ per paramedics until a passerby pulled up, checked their vitals & found they were actually alive by that time. this person had stories about seeing the afterlife, etc. title of the book might be "x minutes in heaven" or something.

i fully believe this stuff happens.

There's probably a dozen credible ones in modern times along with 2 dozen fishy ones, then a hundred or so going back to Biblical times. "Life after life," a book in the late 70's was the best that I've read. In that one they weighed a body at the exact time of death and it always got lighter as the soul departed. They did it over and over and to this day no one can tell you why a body on an autopsy table (which acts as a scale) that records weight to the gram, will suddenly record a body getting lighter at the moment of death.

So this dude is a musician who worked with the greats and he and his GF ate an entire Pot cake which caused them to call 911.
