This should last me almost a year for most supps. I am plenty aware that a proper diet is what really determines one's progression, however, supplements save having to spend a lot on food to get minimal amounts. My diet is relatively solid but I constantly adapt it throughout my learning experience. Here's my order;
2 X Supplement Direct L-Citrulline Malate 2:1, 250 Grams $49.98
(3g+/training day)
2 X Supplement Direct Beta Alanine, 250 Grams $29.98
(3g+/ training day)
1 X VitaMinder Food Scale, 1 Scale $6.99
(Always handy)
3 X PrimaForce BCAA, 500 Grams $86.97
(8g/training day)
1 X AccuFitness MyoTape $4.59
(beats the regular old measuring tape)
8 X Ultimate Nutrition Whey Supreme, 5 Lbs., Chocolate $183.60
(3 shakes/day, enough protein for about half the year)
2 X Supplement Direct L-Leucine, 250 Grams $29.98
(3g+/training day)
1 X Heavy Sports Heavy Grip, 100 Lbs. $15.99
1 X Heavy Sports Heavy Grip, 150 Lbs. $15.99
1 X Heavy Sports Heavy Grip, 200 Lbs. $15.99
(high rep gripper work)
2 X Ultimate Nutrition Zinc, 30mg/120 Tablets $6.50
(*homemade ZMA)
3 X NOW Cod Liver Oil, 250 Softgels $17.67
(2 gels/day)
1 X Higher Power Vitamin C 1000, 250 Capsules $10.49
(split open caps, 1/training day, half on off days)
1 X Ultimate Nutrition Flax Seed Oil, 200 Softgels $8.75
(2/pwo shake - I tried this out once and it seemed to help with recovery)
1 X NOW Magnesium Caps, 180 Capsules $5.98
(*homemade ZMA)
2 X Ultimate Nutrition Super Vitamin B-Complex, 150 Tablets $12.38
(*homemade ZMA)
1 X Higher Power Green Tea Extract, 100 Capsules $6.99
(giving it a try, 1/day)
1 X Optimum Fish Oil, 100 Softgels $3.49
(tried to round off the order, additional fish oil)
Shipping $63.99
=$549.99
Most, if not all, of the money will be from free credit.
Opinions and suggestions appreciated.
*= depending whether or not I feel ZMA actually helps with my sleep based on my previous order of Creatine Mono and homemade ZMA ingredients (which I'm still waiting to receive after ordering on JUNE 9th!).

1. you don't know the expirey dates of the protein. Why buy a years worth.
2. why so much vitamin complexes. are you taking a solid multi and the morning and after training?
3. what is your goal? for $550 I can't even tell what your goal is.
4. why blow so much money when you may change your goal in 4mo and wish to have some of that money on something that will bring you closer to your goal?

I would suggest replacing the Cod Liver Oil and Fish oil with NOW's Ultra Omega 3 - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/ultra3.html

I can understand a big order since you live in Canada.. but erm.. you're gonna realise after a month a thousand new products have come out that you want, and your room or kitchen/pantry is full of stuff that you won't end up taking coz you're already making a new order!!
Anyway, the myotape is pretty good. Leave that in there

the 5lb tubs were the cheapest price per serving
1. protein is fine for months if unopened.
2. Athletes need additional macro and micronutrients. I take a multivitamin but it's only the bare minimum.
3. Primarily mass.
4. My goal will not change. It's taken me a while to figure out what to order. I'm not just buying every new thing, I'm relying on what works.
I'll look into it.
I've never had a problem with taste, I'd jsut choke it down if push came to shove. I switch my shakes etc up a little to prevent getting fed up as well. Supp direct has the best prices on here, my free credit applies to this site only. PM with better bulk prices if you know of a better place and I'll check it out.

Well said. Er, I mean, X2.
My large purchases of supps help me stay motivated to train by
making sure I don't let that money go to waste sitting in my cabinets.
I've been very consistent with diet and training since I got into
supplements. I can't put a dollar value on it, but surely that's worth something.

Damn, Looks like your going to have everything covered...
I agree with above. Seems like everyone is just looking at the actual number and you'll be set for a WHILE!

It is universally well known, that in digesting our common food, there is created or produced in the bowels of human creatures, a great quantity of wind. That the permitting this air to escape and mix with the atmosphere, is usually offensive to the company, from the fetid smell that accompanies it. That all well-bred people therefore, to avoid giving such offence, forcibly restrain the efforts of nature to discharge that wind.

If you're looking for mass and nothing but, the only thing that is going to get you there is bulking. All of those supplements are attempting to make up for your lack of self-discipline but will get you nowhere. Look inside yourself first and correct your own flaws in your training and eating regimen before you blow $500 on stuff that isn't going to do much for you.

None of us even know what his diet and training are even like.Maybe he has a very solid regimen. All of those products work to some degree.A lot of them are even more for general health which is more important.Cod liver, omega 3 and vitmain c are good for everyone anytime. You cant go wrong with beta alanine so I think it looks good. Its his money.
