16 y/o female... cut progress pictures
hi everybody. i am 16 and i have been workin very hard. i decided to post a thread and show my progress because i am proud of what i have accomplished. hopefully i will get positive replys and maybe even suggestions or tips on what i need to work on. anyways here they are...
and dont think i'm gonna quit here, i still have a long ways to go
this is me at 167lbs (disgusting)

u cant see my abs as good as the othe shot because of lighting but i weigh 150 in this one

u hav one like strrench line on your stomach but it's not too noticable and should fade, nice work tho

Wow good progress. That 3 lbs lost between the second 2 pics, looks like a bigger drop than 3 lbs.

I would get some Maderma and start using it heavy. They do fade, but I have similar marks and even though they have faded they are still very visable. But I waited a long time to try and take care of them. Just my opinion.Originally Posted by InsaneBody91
