a good serious one is the 2004 Ironman Triathalon Championship. order the video, and watch like the first 7 minutes (the intro part). its INSANE!!!!! how far these guys push themselves. A good percentage of them get read there last rights. die, pass out, etc.....

glad to have 2 actual ironmans in my family. (pop, and big bro). though they didn't win it. they placed top 20. and got qualified as a offical ironman. and now because there ironman. i'm being forced to follow in there footsteps. my first tournament is in june

(because of the music, and when you see Vin Diesel driving in his car, with his big arms hanging out the window, I imagine me driving to somewhere and having huge arms bulging outside the window, driving past hunnies while they stare at you. )
