I work out - all the time. I do the Bowflex three times a week. Nordic track every day 5 miles. Eat nothing but chicken. Not bread, pastas, sweets. I am strong like bull. The only place I have body fat is in my belly. Everything else is extremely muscle. I have not lost any weight or gained any. I am on my 76th Bowfled workout. WHY IS THE BELLY STILL THERE?

My stomach use to be really big and stick out even though i was really skinny. I started taking this 3x a day and it has worked wonders. My stomach is nice and flat now. Just like i wanted.

CLA has been shown in animal studies to reduce bf and increase LBM. The problem is that in human trials, no significant effects have been noted.
The joke amongst the scientific community is that CLA is a great fat loss supplement - for rats!
Of late, many scientics have begun to speculate that CLA actually works by helping increasing the LBM and this is what causes the drop in bf. They also theorize that the reason results that were seen in the animal studies have not been seen in human studies is due to the significantly faster metabolisms of the rats compared to humans (so they pack on the LBM at a faster rate than humans, hence the accelerated results).
I dont know of any long term studies of CLA, but this may well be what it takes for humans to see any benefit - long term use.You gotta love how sports will f*ck with ya, make you believe you can come back from an insurmountable deficit and then get kicked right in the nuts when you're almost there - Bluntdogg

Ground beef
There is a ton of fat in ground beef. If you get the chance grill a bubba burger on a Foreman grill and you will understand. Losing weight is not about eating carbs its about the number of calories you take in. You can eat healthy and still reach a plateau and to get past it you have to change things up. Try eating more whole grain carbs with fiber and cut out the saturated fat ie. beef and egg yolks.

Just cut the calories back and give yourself time. I would suggest that you don't drink at all, if you do, and make sure that you eat plenty of FIBER, something that you seem to be lacking. Also, cut back on your sodium intake and increase your time on the bow flex, especially if your only doing the 20 minute a day thing. Plus, you really do need carbs in your body. Carbs like brown rice, oatmeal, apples and oranges should be eaten at least 4 times a day in fist size portions. Lastly, switch up your cardio a bit, just don't do the same thing over and over or your body will hit the ceiling and you’ll only have to work that much harder. As for the supplements.... I haven't used a single one that I've found to be effective (except multivitamins). So don't put too much hope on the magic pills. Good luck to you!
Success is peace of mind, a direct result of self-satisfaction in knowing that you did your best to become the best that you are capable of becoming, and not just in a physical way: seek ye first the kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be yours as well.
It's not so important who starts the game but who finishes it.
