Grip strength and when you transfer back to a standard oly bar it seems a lot easier.

Lots of people use it on DE days because they say it reduces wrist/elbow pain. As far as helping grip I think it helped me going back to a regular bar you could really squezze the hell out of it and fell lighter.

probably moreso than with a regular bar, but I'd say the effect is probably negligible. I've benched with an axle for giggles and didn't really notice much demand on my grip.

I'm sure you can find a Dave Tate article about how the fat bar is the most amazing thing of all time.

Yes it will help grip strength while benching. It is also supposed to be easier on the joints for movements like overhead pressing, or so I have heard.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.

Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

    Yes and no.

They are great for it, but nothing feels like a fatbar/axle.

You will be able to lift more on a knurled fatbar/axle....hell even a smooth fat bar.

The material of the fatgripz is weird.

I had been using fatgripz for a few weeks and struggling with a certain weight trying to deadlift it for a single. Had the chance to use an axle and powercleaned it for 5 reps.

Mind you an axle is a bit thinner than fatgripz

where the fat gripz shine is: commercial gyms as well as machines and Dumbbells.

Fatbar is easier on the joints and for grip strength.I use it mainly for pressdowns, pulldowns, and I haven't really use dit for bench yet but I plan to some point soon.

Good for your grip whatever you use it for because of the thickness and supposed to help with lock outs in benching as well as easier on shoulders and elbows.
