    Pain in Joints

    I just came back to lifting and have gained about 20 lbs back in a matter of a month. Do you think this is causing the joint pain and that I should continue lifting normally or is it something else?

    You really need to give more details. Height, weight, body fat estimate, which joints?, what exercises?, when did you first notice it?

    Generally, you should not try to work through joint pain. It could make it worse.
