    Should i take more than 10g of creatine a day?

    Hey all im 220lbs should i take 10 or more grams of creatine a day.

    10g should be just fine.

    If you are not seeing results @ 10g daily, then re-evaluate your diet, training, and pre/post workout nutrition. You could also try a loading phase (optional).

    I'm 5'7 210...and I find that 5-8 gr is all I need. Oh by the way...it's all you need too.
