Continue lifting and use gloves that support your wrists if you can. I have pretty small wrists as well (about 6.5 inches around) but I just make sure they're amply supported and I'm good to go.

You can strengthen your wrists... maybe use some hand grips, do some grip exercises... but as far as thickening your wrists... I doubt it... but who cares right? The smaller the wrist the bigger the forearms look.
Who wants small abs where it looks like you have a flat woman's stomach instead of manly ripples?

Try wristrollers: A cutoff broom handle with a 4 foot rope attached and a 10 lb plate on the other end. Hold the handle on each side of the rope out in front of you and roll it up til the plate touches the handle, then unroll it til its back on the floor. Try five of these in a row and your wrists and forearms will be killing you!

Your bones get stronger with increased activity. Your bones could actually deplete about 50% in two weeks of total inactivity...Real life example- When astronauts go into space, they bring work-out equipment with them so that they can work out their bones and muscles because if they didnt due to the lack of gravity in space the bones and muscles do not get stressed and therefore begin to weaken and disappear. Have you ever seen the video of first astronauts to go into space after they landed? They had to be carried out of the space shuttle because they were too weak to stand on their own power. Since then they have brought work-out equipment and must work out while they are in space. So, for your thin wrist, you should buy a punching bag and use it everyday, don't try to be rambo because you can actually damage the cartilage in your wrist if you punch too hard all the time. and you wont see the damage to you're older. or you could just start playing football.
