Is it ok to take 1-AD or other pro-hormones at the same time as vitamins?

not only is it ok, it is highly reccommended. A multi will make sure you are receiving vitamins/minerals vital to growth and development

multivitamin interfere with each other or just get flushed out?
personally, i'd wait an hour or two , i always do with other supplements.
