Leaving work here shortly. Will be my 4th 12 hour shift in a row, am hitting the gym after work and then again tomorrow during the day. As I said before, probably not much going on wrestling wise til the start of the year, so time to make some improvements to my body in that time. I'll probably also hit up the local promotion to train a few times just to keep in ring shape. Times like these I truly regret selling my ring, but looking ahead not in the past.
I think I'm going to start posting matches here that I'm currently watching/studying from, what have you.

One of my absolute favorite matches to go back to. This match always makes me feel like I have a long way to go, but at the same time is extremely motivating to me that someday I'll get there.

Workouts have been going great, as of late. Nothing to post yet on the actual wrestling front, but next week, I am meeting up after work to shoot some promos with my tag partner, Devin Sparks. When they are uploaded, I'll be sure to post them up here.

Truly can't believe how much time has passed since posting in this and updating on a consistent basis. Funny how a lot of down time and OT at work will leave you looking back at old threads.
Hope everyone's doing well here, don't know how many people still frequent the boards; I still look around on the boards but only post occasionally, good to see some people still at it. Have a lot going on here on the personal level -- a lot of ground to cover from where I left off and to update. May do so if there's people still interested in the thread. The very least, I always wanted this to be motivating for someone else to get out there and achieve their goals as well!Professional Wrestler since 2007 (Currently on hiatus)

Hey brother, thanks for coming back! Hope all is well.
Bunch of stuff going on in my personal life -- working 75-80 hours, having a baby in 5 weeks, getting the house ready for the baby etc. and wrestling has been put on hold temporarily. My last match was in Japan. My tag partner and I had a 3 week tour over for DDT Pro in late May/into June. There were plans to go back this month actually, but with having the baby the plans have been put on hold. Definitely want to go back, as it was always my biggest dream. had an absolute blast. If there's any interest I will go into detail about our time over there.
Prior to leaving for Japan, my tag partner and I were doing pretty well for the television tapings up in LA -- Championship Wrestling from Hollywood. He's been working there still and doing awesome stuff as a singles wrestler for now. After the baby is born and things are settled down I will go into the wrestling a lot more in depth as there's still stuff to accomplish.Professional Wrestler since 2007 (Currently on hiatus)

Came on here and attempted to log in, not even knowing if I could access it. Well, turns out somehow I remembered my password. Haha.
I have no idea who -- if anyone is still around from back in the day (some serious time has passed).
If anyone is reading this that I used to talk to before, hope you are doing well!Professional Wrestler since 2007 (Currently on hiatus)

I remember before I stopped posting it just wasn't fun anymore. Too much negativity. Good to hear there's still some of us older guys left and the newer guys are good. Agreed with the wrestling; I haven't watched in a long time. Lost interest quite a long time ago in regards to watching the product. So keep that in mind if I post more haha. Hope you're doing well, man!

Hey man! Hope you are doing well!
Crazy how much time has passed. Blows my mind. Went back and read some of my posts; quite comical. Haha. Funny how this was a huge part of my life for a time. Anyways it's cool to stop by every now and again and can visibly see that passion I had for the business.Professional Wrestler since 2007 (Currently on hiatus)

As of right now, I'm working in my ring at least 2 days a week and am in there from 8 in the morning til 6 at night. I'm using it to wrestle around with the buddies as I've stated here before, but it's also a good means to practice. I've been working on bumping, so I'm comfortable when I take the first bump at New Wave. I've been hitting the ropes full throttle each time and my cardio is pretty decent at this juncture. I'm doing a lot of the drills that I saw the UPW trainer made everyone do (Cena, Joe, Kazarian, Daniels, etc.) so I'm somewhat familiar with it.
I haven't hit the gym in a while due to working so much and I never have the energy for it, though I'm going to start back up tomorrow because I need to get back into it. I'm in pretty decent shape but you can never be in good enough shape.
I'm ready mentally and I won't know physically til I get there, but I'm feeling pretty confident. I'm not walking in there with an idea that I'm better than everyone else; Like I expressed here, once I get up there, I'm going to forget everything I've ever done and just start from scratch. I'm feeling pretty good physically. The knee and shoulders have been doing fine as of late. I messed up my back a little the other day but it seems fine now; so from that standpoint I'm ready to go. I'm really anxious to start and make a good impression.
And B - Boy is the head trainer there. I don't mean to sound ignorant, but I didn't know who he was (I heard of him) prior to hearing he was the head trainer, but I looked him up and he seems to be a good one to learn from.
