Creatine and mass gainer
OK I just got finished reading the entire everything you need to know about creatine thread (I promise) great post btw and couldnt find out whether or not mixing creatine with my mass gain shake would be advisable or beneficial? Thanks, any help will be GREATLY appreciated.

i think most mass gain shakes have creatine in them, cytogainer does
