Hardgainer topics are good and helpful as are anything talking about peoples' experiences with mass gaining strategies with the recent elimination of pro-hormones.
Or, "Secrets to maintaining or even building muscle mass while on a cutting diet" Particular strategies, foods, exercises, supplement combos, personal experience, etc.A pound a week. Up or down? Depends on the season.
