    Worst 3-way: me, depression, and the gym

    I recently started forcing myself to workout while depressed it doesn't help. When I workout when I'm not depressed I normally go for around 1.5 hours. When I'm depressed the most I get in is 30-45 minutes. I can't deal with anymore both physically and mentally then I just shower then leave.

    Have you thought about talking with a good therapist? It's difficult to get out of bed, let alone, push yourself at the gym, when you're that down! How long have you been feeling like this? Do your family or friends know how you feel?
