    Skim milk is better for muscle growth since soy milk is not properly digested by the human body as well as skim milk.

    Skim. The only exception would be if you were curling buckets of soy milk or skim milk, and the one containing soy happened to weigh more. When speaking of actual ingestion, though, real milk comes out on top every time.

    I prefer Raw Whole Milk from Organic Pastures... The great thing is, I can actually digest this milk without the need for lactase pills, plus, it tastes better then the store bought milk and you get all the enzymes...

    But if you're going to choose one over the other, just go with the skim...
