Is the book upside down?
lol.
I had the same problem when I put together my Rack and Lat combo from NewYork Barbell about 5 years ago.
*HINT* When you're done, put the book away where you can find it again when you need to. I threw out the instructions to my set, then a couple years later I had to move it. Took just as long to put it back together.

Ok Mark........BREATH DEEP.........1..............2..............3...... ......4.
If that didn't help..........try 3 pints and a double of crown........that should do the trick. The only problem will be you'll have to be on that new bike you hate...........much longer tomorrow

I know what you mean, the distraction: my wife can go on a treadmill for an hour and watch TV or listen to music....it just drives me batty!
I AM NOT A LAB RAT!!! LOL.......
or a gerbil......ahahah......
really though: those machines are perfect for when you cannot get out of the house and jog or walk, for sure.......I have an old recumbent cycler downstairs, but my attention span on it is about 20 seconds! LOL.....

A long time ago I leaned a great lesson and I am going to impart that wisdom to all of you.
It doesn't always work, but whenever I buy something that needs to be put together ask if they have someone that will put it together for you.
Their guy will usually charge you about 20 or 30 bucks but it is worth it..If that doesn't work ask one on the nieghbor kids that works on cars to do it for you.
Think about it. It's Saturday afternoon you could be wasting your time putting the bike together, or you go out to lunch with the wife, rent a few movies, play hide the weenie with the wife, sip a few beers, snuggle on the couch, watch the movies, play hide the weenie again and then go to sleep.
You get up the next day and then jump on the bike....Sweet
I thought this was the older guy section of the board..Remember older is smart..
Hope this helpsLast edited by Mikey170; 11-21-2004 at 02:06 PM.
