Im a retard and been searching all over the net to find a good conversion tool.
So if someone could tell me
a.) How many grams in a cup (250ml.)?
b.) Also, trying to figure out how many spoons (regular spoons) for 50g worth of carbs [with dextrose]

You probably are retarded.
Your trying to convert mass (weight) to volume. Wonder why you can't Google it, cause it doesn't exist.
Generally you can't do this but if you have a specific item, then you can. Since you know what item you have you might also know its density. Density is measured in mass/volume g/cm^3 if you use SI. With a little stoichiometrics, a calculator and Chemistry For Dummies, you can do it.

A very general approximation is that 50g is like 5 tablespoons.
I would suggest using a scale and an old protein scoop measure what one scoop gives ya, then multiply it to get 50g. So if one scoop is 25g then use 2 (2x25=50). Once you know the conversion you'll never have to weigh it again.
