After my last contest I ate everything and anything for two days and my stomach was killing me. I got back on a diet and it took about 10 days to undo the damage I did to my body on my 2 day binge. I wanted to know if you guys do the same after you compete or is it not healthy for your stomach because it stretches so much so fast and will it **** up your stomach making it harder to get into contest shape or does it not matter at all and I should think of those two days as my reward?
