I don't think the question was to try and be as idiotic as possible (and I know it's suppose to be a joke but that type of typing is not only old and overused but it's annoying and not funny at all. It was funny years ago it's not anymore).
Anyways, I think the biggest problem people have with diet is their lack of variety. People think dieting is a death trap and that there is no freedom. Half the diets i see on here have no variety. Some people just say suck it up and just eat the same old chicken breast. No wonder some people just don't get it right. Cooking is a art like many things. You should never be bored with food and you should always enjoy what you eat.

Biggest problem to date I have seen on bb.com is cheat days, people eat, then come on here and rant..the week after their happy again because their weight is right back to normal. People have to realize we live once, and gotta enjoy life. Eating healthy is great, but you've gotta go out and live life the way others are living as well, enjoy it.

Like I have said befor and will say again, I ate atleast 5 piences of fruit and 1 - 3 low fat fruit yoghurts (still have like 15g suger a cup) and I dropped ~70lbs/30.5kg
Whats the biggest problem with nutriton?
People are uneducted about it, a reason I failed until I made it and lost the weight was that I didn't know how to cook, plain food or the same food over and over sucks really bad.

If this is a serious question, then the one thing that peeves me (and this applies outside of nutrition as well) is that an individual will ask for help without taking the time to educate themselves to form a basic knowledge of the subject (in forums i.e. reading stickies, using search, reading prior posts etc.). Questions such as "Oh please help me a make a bulk plan" or "is fruit the anti-christ"/? are prime examples that the user hasn't so much as attempted to assess information on his/her own, but would rather flood the forum with a redundant question because they are too lazy to gather the knowledge themselves.
I'm not saying a lot of the questions are invalid, no one is omniscient, but take a little time to do the work yourself, you will be better person for it in my opinion.* * * *

i was gonna say the same thing...people always asking for the go ahead to having a cheat meal/day...and then you get the ones who ask which situation would do less damage..jeeeeeeeeez
just relax and live your life...its not gonna kill you to have some fun once and a while, and not stress over, when to eat your next meal, or what you are supposed to be having....i think some people stress over it too much...unless you are competing, you shouldnt have to

also some people just enjoy eating healthy and lifting weights for fun.. which about 90% of us on here do..
sure some of us like to try n get as ripped/cut as possible, others are on here for fun and to learn a little bit on the side like myself
i know i wont ever compete or become a massive bodybuilder.. but its a great hobby and its fun to do.. and i like staying in shape in looking good bottom line
some people are just trying to take it to the edge as like 15-18 year olds are on here asking OMG HOW MUCH SUGAR SHOULD I TAKE!!!!!!! IF I EAT FRUITS WILL I GET FAT??????
those are the kind of people that need to find a cliff and jump such as that georgia champion freak
but other then that live ur life.. eat what u want.. if u like to eat clean.. hell eat clean.. if u need cheat meals.. go to a chinese buffet with ur buds and enjoy it
live ur life the way u want it to be and have a good ass time doing it too.. no one is here to make deceisions for you
