    Yes.

8 on and 16 off. I practically do this already save my whey shake before bed.
I am seeing if there are any details that pique my interest and how those who profess to follow it decide their macro and efa requirements.

Its pretty much an easy concept, and one that can for sure be changed to suit your own needs and tweak and explore your own options which is why I like it a whole lot. For some strange reason I also find I am able to stay in ketosis on this much easier, and enter ketosis much easier/faster with this method over my previous 6 meal plan (which I was never good at keeping).

People actually coming to me for advise now? lmao..

Something like mowing the lawn could put a good dint into your glycogen stores, which (Zomg! wait for it..) could put you in a catabolic state, but if you don't want to take the chase. Do what I do for PE, and break the fast for it and continue on with your life.
The only time you'll ever see 'success' before 'work' is in the dictionary

OGZERS, it's been 3 hours and 6 minutes since my last meal, teh biceptz are going catabawlick!!!!

Get a sled. you'll never do "cardio" again

When you are lifting weights, you're muscles fail long before your heart does. When the eccentric motion is eliminated, you're able to tax the heart much more.

When you are lifting weights, you're muscles fail long before your heart does. When the eccentric motion is eliminated, you're able to tax the heart much more.

Yeah, I was considering that. I don't have any "true" befores, but then again I usually don't get to be that much of a fat **** because of being ill either.

Maybe I'll snap something in the next day or two and follow-up in a month or two when i'm leaner. One thing that'll skew it though is the water I mentioned that I'm holding due to trying out TTA lately. I'll do a pic at the end of TTA use and then 10-12 days after when the water has cleared, that should be accurate enough.

But this still leaves a deficit of about 10 g of glucose per day that must be supplied from some other source. This other source will be the body's own proteins
I'm pretty sure that dietary protein can be used and muscle loss will be spared. (provided a carb up once an a while)
