    Question How often should I remeasure my body sizes?

    I know one's weight can fluctuate from day to day, so even though I weigh myself every morning when I arrive at the gym, I take small losses/gains with a grain of salt, and pay attention to trends.

    I just recently took all of my body measurements. How oftern should I be measuring myself? I relaize once a day is insane. But, is once a week good? Is it too often to see any real results or deficencies as I progress? I guess if I were to do it once a week, I would do it the same time of the same day every week?

    Expreiences with this? Thoughts?

    I'm planning on doing it once a month. Took my first measurements this month though, so I don't have any real results yet. But I'm thinking once a week is to close together. Maybe once every two weeks at the minimum.

    Id agree. Once every two weeks will show imporvement. Regardless, I measure every Sunday night, but that becuase it helps motivate me. You just don't see as much improvement week to week.
