garlic powder?
I am on a cutting diet, I know garlic salt has sodium and will make you hold water. But does garlic powder make you hold water? I have been putting it on my chicken with pepper. I know pepper is a fat burner and garlic is great for your heart but will the garlic make me hold water?

I add loads and loads of garlic powder to all my meals. Probably 20g or more a day haha.
Apart from bad breath I havnt noticed anything.

Garlic powder is just ground up dehydrated garlic.

Actually is garlic very healthy! ;D so you just put a lot on your food! (I also do this my self!)

the only reason why garlic salt would make you retain water...is because of the SALT. garlic salt is just garlic and salt...so if you take out the salt...all you have is garlic lol...

If garlic power made you hold water. I would explode. I like to use a lot of spices
